      Yes! I’m sure all of us have, but it’s still exciting to think that we do discover things that nobody else has seen before.

      All the time we are doing research to try to answer new questions and find out things that nobody knows, so when we get an answer to our question, then probably we have discovered something that nobody else has discovered!

      I have, and I would guess that we all have. I’ve been lucky to work on quite a few different projects so I have seen quite a few new discoveries. One of which is looking at the genetic mechanism of some horrible diseases called triplet repeat disorders, we showed one of the reasons why these diseases get worse with each generation. I’ve also found different ways of working with dental stem cells so they are more likely to become like bone.
