• Question: if you can turn tooth cells into bone, can you eventually grow wings so pigs can fly along with humans because that would be awesome

      I think it would take some insanely difficult genetic engineering to get bird genes into pig cells so that they make the proteins needed for wings. Then you’d have to get the pigs to be able to use the wings, which without all the right neural wiring would be tricky. Then you’ve got the problem of when they do learn to fly, well, birds make enough of a mess if you know what I mean!
