      Good question!

I mostly just wish I had more energy and drive. If I could push myself to work really hard through the evenings and weekends, I’d get so much more done!

I think a bit more focus would be good, I tend to get excited about new things and not do as much work as I need to on my older experiments to get them ready to be published.

Great question! I’m always trying to make sure I think a bit more critically about experiments and results- and also think about the future of science, and what experiments really should be done. So if I could improve something, it would be to be able to think and come up with great ideas!

Or being able to have a photographic memory – that would be sooo useful! I’m always reading something, and then forgetting it all the next week or so!
