• Question: Is any of you a stem cell donor?

      I’m on the Anthony Nolan bone marrow register, I was called up to donate a couple of years ago but sadly the patient was never well enough to receive the transplant.

      I have signed up to donate everything of mine when I die. I feel a bit ashamed that I haven’t been able to give blood – I’m really squeamish and I faint whenever blood has to be taken from me :S

      I’ve given some blood to a friend for some research, but otherwise have never given blood or anything else. I’m also signed up to be an organ donor when I die.
