• Question: what is so good about every one of you and why should i vote for you?

      I think we probably all feel a bit awkward answering this question joeyboii! Certainly I’d feel uncomfortable bragging about myself too much and asking for your vote.

      We’ve all written a bit about what we do for research and what we think we might do with the money if we win, so you should have a quick read of that. Also, you can look at the way we’ve answered questions from you and all the other students. Then it’s up to you who you think has answered questions the best, who has explained their research most clearly, who you think deserves to win, whether you think any of us has a better plan for spending the money than the others, and also who you like the most.

      I’d really appreciate it if you do vote for me, but I can’t really give any reason why you should vote for me except that I’d really love to win and I’d hope to spend the money on something really good. But, I’m sure the others would all really love to win too and I’m sure they’ll all spend the money well, so I can’t really tell you why you should pick me :/

      I agree with Dave, I think we’ve all got our good points and we’ve all got good ways to use the money. I didn’t really start this with the aim of winning, I wanted to be able to interact with students, to answer questions about my work and hopefully make people see science as something which they can do and is important to their lives. If I’ve managed to do that then I’m happy.
